A stunning new experience
Hi there Pet Parents!
We are excited to share that we now have a brand new Customer Portal where you can log in and request bookings, manage your account, view report cards, and more! This quick tutorial video outlines the basics of using the new portal, and you can find additional details in this help article.
You can access the Customer Portal by following this link https://dogfatherk9connections.portal.gingrapp.com.
If you are logging in for the first time, select Reset Password?
You will then be prompted to input your email or phone number attached to your account. When you select Send Reset Link you will receive an email or text with the password reset link.
Once you receive the text or email you can select the Set Password link. After selecting the link, you will be navigated to the Password Reset page where you can create your password.
As soon as you create your password you will automatically be logged into the Customer Portal!
You can also now easily manage your account, submit booking requests, and more while on the go using the all new mobile app! Simply search for "Gingr for Pet Parents" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and enter invite code 315502. More details on accessing the mobile app are available here.
